Rules

Basic Forum Etiquette
  1. Search Before Posting
Before posting, please use the search function or browse the forums to see if a similar topic has already been created. Your issue may already be actively discussed or answered in a pre-existing thread, and creating duplicate or similar threads are subject to being merged, removed, or locked with a redirection to an appropriate thread.

In addition, necro'ing older threads that are no longer considered to be active, is against the rules of this forum.
  2. Formatting
Well formatted posts (e.g. guides) are helpful, but please refrain from excessive usage of the following formatting in any given post:

    • Colors
    • Bold
    • Italics
    • CAPS
    • Large Font Size

Entire posts in non-standard formatting have been reported by multiple users to be distracting, unnecessary, and often annoying, and the formatting of any post may be stripped or corrected at a moderator's discretion.
  3. Private Messages
In general, sending private messages to others for direct support, unless invited to do so, can be seen as rude or unwanted. It may be easier to ask your support question(s) on the forum, even if they are specific to someone's setup, and this will allow for everyone to participate, as well as keep that information public for those looking for similar topics in the future.
  4. Low Effort Posts
Topics that contain little-to-no information in regards to the answers being sought after are frowned upon, because these posts generally rely on others to further probe the author for answers to questions that should have otherwise been provided from the beginning. These type of posts look similar to the following:

    • What's the fastest way to level?
    • What's the easiest way to make gold?
    • What's the best team composition?

Beyond that single question, no further information is generally given, and the author(s) of posts such as these, are putting in very little effort. It can be quite draining on those in the community who are helpful and take time out of their day to answer questions on the forum, and so we ask that you put a little bit of effort into the questions you're asking, by trying to provide additional information, so that you might receive a useful response in return.

Furthermore, most topics/posts that fall into this category can usually be already found on the forum, either by searching here, or through Google.
General Rules
  1. Derailment
Stay on topic, and do not derail threads with irrelevant discussion. If you're going to post in a pre-existing thread, be sure your post is on topic and is not a different issue altogether, especially if the thread in question is very old. Off-topic posts may be deleted, moved or can cause an entire thread to be locked.
  2. Necro'ing
Do not necro (i.e. bring back from the dead) old threads that are no longer active.

There is no set time limit on when a thread may be considered inactive, but we ask that you use your best judgement. For example, if a thread covers a broader topic, then it may still be relevant to add further discussion to months down the line, but if a thread has a narrow topic (or includes one or more valid answers to a support question), then it may be considered to be inactive within a single month.

When in doubt, it may be easier to create a new thread with your question, and reference back to the older thread via a link to give additional context.
  3. Subjects
Keep your subject lines short and descriptive, and your posts clear and detailed. Long, rambling thread titles aren't helpful, and many people are prone to skipping threads with these kinds of subject lines. Conversely, short, non-descriptive thread or clickbait titles are also unhelpful. The content of your post should contain as much relevant detail as possible.
  4. Bumping
Do not post in a thread for the sole purpose of bringing attention to it (i.e. bump), as this is not a high-traffic forum, and there is no need to ensure that a thread is constantly being looked at. It's likely that the thread in question will sit on the first page of its given forum for an extended period, giving it ample time to be seen by others.
  5. Services
This site does not allow for others, either from inside or outside of the community, to recruit multiboxers for their services related, but not limited to the in-game market. Posts asking for multiboxers to farm, gather, or participate in PvP-related activities, for compensation or otherwise, will be removed, and repeated posts of that nature will result in action being taken against the user(s) involved.

This rule has no bearing on recruiting for guilds or other activities that take place in game.
  6. Private Servers
Advertising, asking for assistance with, and/or general discussion of private servers is not allowed on this forum. Allowing the discussion of such topics not only diminishes the positive relationship we've attempted to build with publishers/developers over the years, but can also be seen as controversial, and off-putting, by our own community members.

The only exception to this rule is where the official servers have shut down, and a private, unofficial server is the only option that exists, but such servers must also allow for the multiboxing playstyle.
No Tolerance
  1. No Tolerance
Anything that falls under the No Tolerance Policy here will result in a post or thread deletion, and either a temporary suspension or permanent ban to the account(s) found to be in violation. This includes forum posts, profile information, blogs, submissions to the stream and/or video libraries, the associated Discord, signatures, and private messages.

As multiboxers we have a hard enough time legitimizing what we do to also have to deal with those that find ways to "game the system" or partake in methods that are against a game's ToS. Do what you want, but understand that posting on this site about those methods, or your successes using questionable tactics or even blatant cheats will get you removed from this community.

Violating the No Tolerance rules associates this site, the multiboxing playstyle, and multiboxers with negative actions that many have fought hard to break away from. Multiboxing is still not tolerated or accepted by many players in the games that we are also a part of, and we will not be giving them fuel for their fires. This has long been a respectable community, and it will remain that way.

    • No spamming, advertising, or referral links unless otherwise approved. If you're only here to try and drive traffic to another site instead of actively participating in this community, then you will be marked as a spammer.
    • No cracks, warez, serial keys, viruses, keyloggers, phishing or other illegal information/activities—this includes links to, as well as discussion of.
    • No begging. This includes software, hardware, virtual goods, etc.
    • No community bashing. Don't come here with the sole intention of harassing, attacking, flaming or disrupting this community, or any member of it.
    • Be nice. Disrupting the community is not tolerated. This includes flaming other posters, trying to instigate negative feelings in or about the community and/or excessive vulgarity. This is largely an adult community, which means acting like a civilized grown-up, and not a punk with a potty mouth.
    • No attempting to circumvent a ban. Creating additional accounts to evade a ban or suspension is not allowed, and subsequent accounts will also be closed.
    • No discussion, advertising, or directly linking to anything that violates a game's ToU, ToS, EULA or other rules. This includes:
      • Hacks, exploits, or cheats
      • Account, item and/or currency trading/selling (RMT), or leveling/boosting services.
      • Bots, including botting software, input device automation, as well as all other automation.
      • Any means of circumventing a game's anti-cheat detection, either software or hardware.
