Necrimus' video multiboxing guide on ToC normal  | read this item

Necrimus has created a great video guide on how to multibox the entire ToC normal mode and farm those epics! He does so with his 5 characters, 1x Pally tank, 4x Shaman.

The first part, the joust, starts with lining all of your characters up against the wall. You will notice he positions his guys directly up against the wall, back facing everything, and pulls the joust parts 1 at a time. He stands still the entire time, spamming his 1, 2, and 4 key while being sure to trample any dismounted guys to ensure they do not re-mount.

The second phase he focuses DPS on the rogue, most likey due to the green goo poison it likes to summon. After the rogue, DPS whomever you’d like. At approx. 2:07 you can see how he strafes his multiboxed team out of the green goo like a pro!

The third phase he simply throws out DPS to the 3 groups of 3, easy as pie. The forth phase the Paladin comes. He mentions keeping down a grounding totem at all times as that will absorb the Totem of Wrath attack.

For the Death Knight first phase, he DPSes like normal and he kills the first add right away so it doesn’t blow up his guys. The second phase of the DK he actually kills all the corpse adds that the DK spawns, this way he does not have to worry about the massive corpse explosions. The final phase is a constant DPS race and he manages to pull it off like a champ.

Congrats to Necrimus on a great tutorial video!

Is it worth doing Trial of Champions as a part of gearing for heroics, now that we have the three new dungeons with epic loot? Normal ToC drops level 200 epics, and normal HoR drops level 219, but how do they compare in difficulty?

What is multiboxing?

Multiboxing is a term used to denote one user playing multiple accounts simultaneously. Typically you will have 1 player controlling multiple characters at the same time.

For example, in World of Warcraft, 1 person may be controlling 5 Shamans at the same time.
