Lindline multiboxes Ramparts with 5x Shaman - Makes guide video  | read this item

Lindline blows through Ramparts with his 5 multiboxed shamans and destroys the instance.

Trash Strategy – 3-packs are mostly random during the first wing. Priority on killing is Destroyers, Darkcasters, Hungerers, Archers, Worgs. Destroyers are a heavy damage melee mob with a small knockback which can eat through a party member if not dispatched quickly. Darkcaster do moderate damage with their real threat coming from their AoE damage, which isn’t much of a threat for solo-boxers but can cause an issue with a tightly packed multiboxer. Archers and Hungerers dont do much damage and can be worried about last. Worgs aren’t much of a threat at all and will be eaten up by AoE (such as shaman chain lightning).

Special mobs – The Beastmaster will summon 3 worgs if he is alive after about 10 seconds from the pull. He does little DPS and is easily dispatched in that timeframe if priority DPS is pushed on him.

Watchkeeper Gargolmar – Gargolmar has 2 healer add which will attempted to heal him when he gets low on health. You can either dispatch these two first or hope you can push out enough DPS to overcome their healing. He also has a frontal aoe knockback, so its advisable to keep your team spread slightly away from him. Keep your “tank” healed up and hit him hard and fast.

Omor the Unscarred – Omor has 3 abilities to worry about. First is Treacherous Aura. This is cast on a random team member and will cause any team member near them to take damage over time. Second is a whip attack that will launch a melee team member into the air for a few seconds and will cause some fall damage when he lands. Third he will summon felhounds. These can be mostly ignored as they do little damage.

Nazan & Vazruden – The trick here is to get the event to reset while your team is in the middle of the circle area. The way to do that is just body pull the two guards that start the event and let them kill your main guy in the center. Dont do anything that will put the rest of your team on their aggro table. Rez your main guy. Now, you’ll be able to reach the dragon circling overhead with ranged attacks. Bring the dragon down to 10% or less but be sure not to kill him.

Now start the event as normal. When the two guards die, the dragon rider will drop. Kill him as quickly as possible (or at least do as much damage as you can). The dragon will drop immediately due to a mechianic in the fight that cause him to descend early if he is low on health (which he should be from you shooting at him beforehand). The dragon is top priority. He has an devestating AoE breath attack and will lay flame patches under random party members. He’ll die quick having only a few thousand health left. Finally kill the dragon rider if he is still alive. Go to the back of the area and open the chest for you loot.

Those Pandaran pictures, hah. Are the sounds of them annoying yet? I heard they like to fight those little KT ones too. Wouldn’t it be slick if pets could world PVP other pets? Oh man…

  2. Lindline says:

I actually forget to bring them out a lot, I dont mind the sound all that much either. What I would have loved is if they would do a sparring animation with each other occasionally.

What is multiboxing?

Multiboxing is a term used to denote one user playing multiple accounts simultaneously. Typically you will have 1 player controlling multiple characters at the same time.

For example, in World of Warcraft, 1 person may be controlling 5 Shamans at the same time.
