Well, crap. What's keeping this from working?

Exorcism has a cooldown and needs commas.... a general rule of thumb is the last spell in a sequence should have no cooldown and should just be "that spell" and not a macro (or at most a [nochanneling] macro for a spell like mind flay... although my pally is the exception to this rule for me).

Also, Hibernate should really be on its own CC button... cast insect swarm first and then hibernate... 1 stick of IS will break the CC.

You HAVE to have enough commas after a spell to equal the cooldown of the spell based on your push rate... you said you do 4/sec

So (16) should be: (enough commas for an 8 sec cooldown, the default for the spell)

Damned mana expensive at this level, though I do like pulling aggro from the wife's pally to get her trained to taunt it back. Need more tanks in the family!

I like having the JoW as a castsequence in Main to #show the spell. I was certain it would work, as well as the spaces between the commas. I'll be on the look out for intermediate issues caused by the spaces.

I'm still amiss about why it wouldn't work as written in OP. Ignoring the need for the full 8 seconds worth of commas for a second, the 4 seconds worth that I had in the first post should have been enough to allow Consecration to fire, if not Exorcism as well.

Ah well, it works.

Thanks Muffin. I hear ya on the spaces and capitalizations. I'll continue to break the rules to ferret out any issues out of curiosity.

Cool, ya. Lots of ways. Just wish the called macro spells would make an appearance in the main icon. That would tie it up nicely.

Just got this from the macro forums: Basically spaces and tabs don't matter, nor does caps EXCEPT:

"Capitalization matters in macro conditions. [Mod:Shift] doesn't work, [mod:shift] does."

Blizzard put this functionality into the game, years ago... and controls what can and cannot work within their game. If you can achieve it, with their default macros (no addons even, and anything you can do with an addon is good - until Blizzard changes their API), then its ok whether the Blizzard forum community thinks its good or not.

I personally don't give a **** if someone people who have no say whatsoever on what is and is not allowed think it's a possible exploit. Blizzard is ok with it, and that's the bottom line.

It's your choice to use this or not.
