I have been using xperl for ages, but with my multiboxing adventure I would like to find something to let me always have my 4 boxers "in my party" a frame that I could put them all in during a raid when they arent acctually in my group so I could still see thier hp mana buffs debuffs and hopefully target and cast bar. I get this all from xperl which is not ideal the way they have it setup but its pretty good. But atm in AV im stuck just pulling them out of the default raid window individually and of course can only see hp and mana then. Anyone using anything interesting?

If only I had time to learn to write one myself. Im guessing its not much more complicated than the basic Java I have under my belt.

| Super Moderator | I am just starting to work with addons. They use XML language for the most part. I.E <Scripts> Make a sandwich appear when this happens </Scripts> <UI> Stuff </UI>

Well maybe there is a simpler way to do this, or maybe an addon that would work if we look at it another way. There are basically 2 senarios 1) my 4 shaman are in my party with me, in which case I am able to see HP, Mana, cast bars, thier targets ect ect 2) They are in my raid but not in my party. Currently what I have been doing is manually pulling thier "single target raid frames" or what ever its refered to as out of the default blizzard UI. This gives me HP and Mana but thats it. If there was a mod like xperl or something that would let you do the same but have that frame contain more detail then that would be perfect. Anyone have any experiance with other Unit frame addons? I've stuck with Xperl for years now it seems but dont think that will do it. Last edited by snowmirage; 09-23-2009 at 10:15 AM.

Well I think I found a solution. Not ideal but its still pretty nice. Have to give blizz props for adding a few half way decent features to this part of the standard UI that I didnt know it had. I tried Xperl, Pitbull, and Shadows unit frames, none of them modded this part of the UI ![]() But if you open the raid window and Shift click someones name (your alts) you can drag them out individually. If you drop the raid and come back regardless of what group they are in those frames will remain in the same spot. You can then right click each frame to enable target, targets target (option only comes up after enabling target), buffs (or debuffs cant have both /sad panda) and then you can hide the background if you want. So I guess until someone writes an addon just for this purpose this is the best we got. Which isnt half bad.
