Default spreading characters out

I use to play with another multiboxer, but he uses another programm to multibox.
He has a macro that makes his toon spread out, i have to mouse over and set them apart myself.

Can i make a macro to do this with just one button?

Just in case example:
Normally the 3 dps and healer are stacked up behind the tank. i want them to stand like this:

.............................................- Tank -..........................................

-Dps-.............-Dps-....................................-Healer-................-Dps-

the exact position of the dps and healers ofc isn't that interesting.

Cheers,

With IS Boxer, I would make a two step mapped key.
Meaning, it will do something on press one of the key, and something different on press 2 of the same key.

If your software doesn't support two step (or whatever they want to call it) actions, then you'll need two different keybinds to accomplish the same.

You'll want the option to hold keystrokes while the key is held, to be enabled.
This means, you push the key and the toons start to move and continue to move until you release the key.
The same as most other movement keys.

I would have all of the other characters receive either "S" or "Down Arrow", for move backwards, on step one or on keybind 1.
I'd also have the two outside characters DPS & DPS, as opposed to DPS & Healer, in your illustration, also receive Q and E on the initial press.
Which means everyone moves backwards, but two of them also strafe outwards to the side.

On the next step, give the two who will be on the left the Q keybind, to both move to the left.
And the two who will be on the right to receive the E keybind, to move them both to the right.
The other characters don't need to receive anything on this step.

The amount of time you hold the key will determine how spread out they end up.

I'd just go the easy route: Set up your keybinds in WoW to be like this:

Main guy (do nothing)

4 guys:

a: left key strafe left, down key move down
b: left key strafe right, down key move down
c: left key strafe left, down key does nothing
d: left key strafe right, down key does nothing

Set that up, exit / restart WoW to save your keybinds

Then just hold the down/left arrow keys for a second, or more, and you will see the magically multiboxer split that everybody loves!
