Trying to look through the forums for this but i thought i would ask just in case i cant find anything. Not even really sure how to word this so please bear with me. So i have a Elemental and a Restro shamman. But the Spell Cool Downs are different and dont sync up in the order i want them to Example - Restro - Instant cast, Instant cast, 2.5 Sec Cast, 3 Sec cast - Elemental - 3 sec cast, 2.5 sec cast, instant, instant So since they are different if i mash 1 button the timing will be off since by the time the elemental is done casting his first spell the Restro is well into his 3rd and bc of the casting and time difference if i hit the button again one of them is going to get that " cant cast this spell " due to the timing. So what i am hoping is there is a way to write a macro that will basically just run through the spells, and then repeat. no matter if i hit the button while casting etc. So i will spam button 1 over and over, and while it is casting it wont stop me from casting etc. And once it is done casting and GCD is done the next time i hit 1 it goes to the next spell. So although my healing and damage might be at different times it never goes out of sync or not cast a spell bc i was spamming a button. Does that make sense?

Go with a castsequence. That will fire off one spell, and then the next, and so on. It will "stick" until a spell fire off. If you are "spell hit capped" for the level of the mob, the spell is guaranteed to hit. Whether it hits or not, once the spell fires off, it moves to the next spell. You'll probably not want to put a spell with a cooldown, in your mindlessly spammed castsequence. Unless you have the castsequence timed (Elemental Mastery, for example) so you know every time it is called (even with the massive haste from Bloodlust/Heroism), the spell will be available. You can go with a single ability, beneath a castsequence that has a cooldown or is a proc. Anytime, after the first cast of the castsequence, this spell will fire off whenever it is ready. Note: There is no Lava Burst anywhere in that macro. The most successful macros are two-step. Meaning two macros, on "1" and "2", which you alternate between. Something like: /assist focus /castsequence reset=combat/8 Flame Shock,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Earth Shock,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt /cast Elemental Mastery /castsequence reset=combat/8 Call of the Elements,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Searing Totem,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst /use 13 /use 14 If you have macro character space, or are using a macro extender addon like SuperDuper Macro or Macaroon... You could include /changeactionbar 2 and /changeactionbar 1 after each macro. And then put them on the same keybind. But on action bars one and two. I'll try to find a Resto Shaman macro for spamming. Most just have a Resto tag along, and use them for heals as necessary.

Have few questions for you, please see below, and thanks ahead of time for all the help - ----------------------------------- /assist focus /castsequence reset=combat/8 Flame Shock,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Earth Shock,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt,Lightning Bolt /cast Elemental Mastery ------------------------------------ I understand the assist focus, basically if i use that it is going to assist who ever i am focused on, so would it work to possibly add my Pally tanks name in there so if i happen to be not targeting my pally tnak at the time that it will focus on him before i focus on his target? /castsequence reset=combat/8 This part i have no idea what it means. mainly the Reset = combat/8 part. Could you explain that peice to me? ---------------------------------------------------- /castsequence reset=combat/8 Call of the Elements,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Searing Totem,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst,Lava Burst /use 13 /use 14 This macro i dont know what /Use 13 and /Use 14 means

This lists two reset conditionals. If either is valid the macro resets. Combat = Once you get out of combat, the macro resets. Target = Once you change targets, the macro resets. 8 = Once you have not pushed the keybind for the macro for 8 seconds, the macro resets. Alt = If you push Alt + the keybind for the macro, it resets. You can use Alt, Ctrl, Shift for reset conditionals. Pretty sure that covers all the reset stuff. /Use 13 = Use your top trinket. /Use 14 = Use your bottom trinket.
