If you just want a simple and easy arcane macro, nothing to manage yet good dps, use something like this:

/stopmacro [channeling]
/use 13
/use 14
/use Icy Veins
/use Presence of Mind
/use Focus Magic
/castsequence reset=combat ,,,,,,,,,,,,Arcane Missiles
/cast Arcane Blast

Tweak the comma's to your spam speed, so you get four Arcane Blasts and then an Arcane Missiles.

You'll get slightly more dps, if you manually add Arcane Barrage to your rotation, but it is close enough to optimal without any management.
