WoWInterface Downloads » Casting Bars and Cooldowns » eCastingBar
easy to setup, resizeable, not that many functions

or

WoWAce » Quartz
almost everything you can think about having on your castbar ^^

Quartz is definately the way to go. You have pet, player, target, focus cast bars. All are moveable and highly customizable.

Like Bonkers said, I use eCastingBar. It is GREAT, easy to use, configureable (size/color/texture)... and you can "hide outline" so that it doesn't clutter your UI while you are not casting.

It's not like Quartz, where it has billions of features that you probably will never use. The addon comes with a Casting Bar, Target Bar, and Mirror Bar. They are all configurable, and you can simply disable the ones you don't want
