Help Troubleshooting FTL

Hi everyone. I'm running into some issues with my FTL setup and would like some experts to help me figure out the problem. This may look long, but I'm going to post as much relevant information as I can provide.

I'm using Keyclone and have the keymaps setup as follows (this is just for a single key to troubleshoot):

Main toon
k(189.10.10):hs(third_slave.minus)
k(189.34.34):hs(second_slave.minus)
k(189.40.40):hs(first_slave.minus)
k(189.0.0):hs(main_toon.minus)

First slave
k(189.10.10):hs(third_slave.minus)
k(189.34.34):hs(second_slave.minus)
k(189.0.0):hs(first_slave.minus)
k(189.42.42):hs(main_toon.minus)

Second slave
k(189.10.10):hs(third_slave.minus)
k(189.0.0):hs(second_slave.minus)
k(189.40.40):hs(first_slave.minus)
k(189.42.42):hs(main_toon.minus)

Third slave
k(189.0.0):hs(third_slave.minus)
k(189.34.34):hs(second_slave.minus)
k(189.40.40):hs(first_slave.minus)
k(189.42.42):hs(main_toon.minus)

This basically boils down to:
main toon = ralt, rshift, rctrl
1st slave = ralt, rctrl
2nd slave = ralt, rshift
3rd slave = rshift, rctrl

Now, in the action bar slot mapped to MINUS, I have the following macro:

/target [mod:rctrl,mod:ralt,mod:rshift]Main_toon;[mod:ralt,mod:rctrl]First_slave;[mod:ralt,mod:rshift]Second_slave;[mod:rshift,mod:rctrl]Third_slave
/stopmacro [nohelp][noexists]
/follow
/cleartarget

It doesn't work. No one follows anyone...it's like none of the options are resolving to true in the macro. I know Keyclone differentiates between right- and left- modifiers when it sends, and I know macros can tell the difference ever since 2.2 but this only works if I change the macro to just use mod:ctrl, mod:shift, or mod:alt...the right designator seems to be the problem.

Any ideas?
