Help needed with simple Hunter autoshot for slave

I'm having an issue with writing a macro for my slave hunter to just simply autoshot.... the problem I'm facing is an inverse relationship on each keypress... basically my main autoshots on the first keypress but the slave's first keypress assists me.... the 2nd keypress the slave starts the autoshot but my main is disabled....

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Right now I'm doing this:

#showtooltip Auto Shot
/assist focus
/startattack

I don't have this problem with /cast sequences because they don't have a on/off type of function so I can just spam those with no probs.

i just made is on my hunters with:

/assist focus
/cast autoshoot

done no problems

I'd do the best of both:

/cast [target=focustarget] !Autoshoot

The ! makes it toggleable, so if you press it, then press it again 2 seconds later, it won't stop, whereas /cast autoshoot would.

Shouldnt you say the "!" makes it non-toggleable? If its toggleable that means if you press it it will toggle, then if you press it again it will detoggle. I know your macro works, im just confused as to why you worded it that way lol

Yea my not key stuck The macro is correct, and it makes it not toggleable (which is what you want).

this macro isn't working for me.

/cast [target=focustarget] !Autoshoot

i have my priest set as the focus and my 4 hunters as the slaves, but the hunters still wont target the priests target to begin with.
