Healbots place in MBing, or your solution

I think the biggest challange for my multiboxing team that I have yet to overcome is how to effectivly heal the group (while doing everything else, DPSin, tanking positioning ect).

When I PVP, i run my pally as holy or Prot/holy and heal the group and the 4 shaman go elemental and pew pew.

But doing instnaces nessesitates my leader (the pally) being the tank and there for one of the boxed toons healing.

How do those of you doing instances mainly heroics or at least regulars on par with your lvl handle this?

I have healed groups on many toons, and my usual method is using mouse over macros something like

/cast [target=mouseover] flash heal; flash heal

So i could keep anything I wanted targeted and when I press that macro it would heal what ever frame my mouse was over.

This of course cant be done on my boxed toon, what I would love was if there was some way to pass my leaders "mouseover target" directly to the boxed toon thats healing.

something like

/case [target=what ever leaders mouse is over] spell name

But I cant imagine there is anyway to do that.

As such the only solution I can come up with is..

A) bind 5 keys F1-F5 to target each of the group members on my healer. Then press the heal or cleanse what no I want to cast.

B) Target the person needing the heal with my leader (the tank) have the healer assist him, then press the appropriate heal button (option B clearly doesnt work very well)

I have never used healbot, but I get the impression that many a successful multiboxer does, or something else that I am unaware of.

Any advise?

Have you tried the interract with mouse over key binding (or whatever its called)?

I obviously haven't but it could provide you with a solution, check your keybindings - it's in there.

when i did this for my team(didnt level very hi once Aion came out...) i was tank 3 mage and heal bot i set up on my num pad / as the heal bot then *, 9, 6, 3 respectively to the other 4 party members....it seemed to work well, idk how well wit will work later on though....
