<Grinders Inc> Macros and Other General Tips

In response to some of the requests I have been receiving, I am making this post to share my team’s macros, and other useful hints and tips regarding running a successful team.

A disclaimer before I jump in is “there is more than one way of doing things, and really the best way is YOUR way. This is just a little something to help and if you can make it better, please share ”

GENERAL NOTES:
There are a couple prerequisites that will make your life much easier as you tackle multiboxing (I am assuming you already have a multiplexer or multiboxing software):
-Jamba
-Decursive
-Macro-lengthening addon (macaroon, super-duper macro)

Of course the above list can be as long as you want it to be, but I realized that without the above 3, it is significantly harder to get things going and be successful at this.

Another piece of advice is “keep things simple”. This can't be emphasized enough. Things can go out of control really quick if you absolutely must have every spell made into a macro bound to a key that you broadcast to your toons. In reality, you really don’t and, in all honesty, you shouldn’t. It’s ok if from time to time you hover over the slaves’ screen and click that portal spell on your mage or make food for your team. You DON’T have to control everything from your master’s screen.

Alright, now that’s off my chest, below is my team’s main macros and some comments about them

Janus (protection paladin)

Tanking rotation:

Your cookie-cutter pally rotation

Adonis (elemental shaman)

DPS Rotation:

/cast lava burst

The above is a rotation that will alternate between eclipses as efficiently as possible. Make sure NOT to take the sunfire talent since as it stands right now, it will break the rotation.
