Great way to macro "auto" attack for melee multiboxing - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

First of all, thanks to Sylvictus for the command!

First, on each toon, bind the "Interact With Target" key to something you're broadcasting. For me, I have it set to Numpad0 in Pwnboxer.

Then, on each of your toons, create 2 macros:

Macro to enable "auto" run to target and auto attack:

Code:

/console AutoInteract 1

Macro to disable"auto" run to target and auto attack:

Code:

/console AutoInteract 0

Then just select the mob on your main, assist focus on your alts, and hit the (eg.) Numpad0, and watch them go crazy!

Note: You often have to spam Numpad0 as well as your follow focus to keep them in track otherwise they will run off like crazy.

Do you find yourself disabling the 'auto' run to target and auto attack very often?

I've turned this feature on and never found a reason to turn it off.

works the same as click to move that i made a vidio a few weeks ago

Yes, this is the console equivalent of the "Click to Move" in the Mouse options.

can someone explain the macro to Macro to enable "auto" run to target and auto attack?

what is the number one do? and will this macro make my toons all run to the target?

Under the Mouse sub-option in the interface panel, there will be option for "click to move." You will want this enabled. Then in your keybindings, set up a key for the function "Interact with Target." When you press your IWT key, you will run up to your target.

I suppose you could stick to 1 macro if you don't mind using a modifier.

I'm not even sure if it works, because I'm to lazy to log in and try it, but it should.
