| Hi, I have a druid and mage in my team. I would REALLY love to be able to crowd control with one click. Right now what I am doing is the following: - I have a key assigned to entangling roots for the druid and polymorph for the mage. I am broadcasting that key through my master (of course it does nothing to the master and the other 2 toons, just broadcasts to druid and mage) - Before a pull, I have to switch windows to my druid, have him pick the target of the roots, then switch windows to the mage and have him pick his target, then switch back to my master and hit the crowd control key Is there anything easier than this? My ideal crowd control would be assigning target raid icons on my master and then have a macro that will tell my mage/druid to pick their respective icon and crowd control it. Anything even close to this ideal scenario, I'll take it! |

I have several dock clickmap buttons (1 for each slave assist). I target the mob with my main, and have my 1st in my series of CCing slaves assist me. I continue on down the line (in my case Mage + Druid) and then when they all have their targets, I have 1 key (same for all slaves) bound to their unique CC spell. I click it and the targeted mobs are CCd simultaneously. Much quicker than switching windows and manually targeting.

| You have two general options... Have a key, which only goes to the toon who is doing the CC effect, where the toon assists your leader (or however your team is set up) and then casts their CC effect on the one cast. You could go Entangling Roots, Cyclone and Polymorph quite easily. Another option is to set a Focus. I have Focus on round-robin; the first press adds a Moon raid icon (and Toon A sets that target as their focus), the second press adds the Blue Square raid icon (and Toon B sets that target as their focus) etc. Unfortunately, you cannot raid mark enemy players, only mobs. I am effectively giving each toon a target in advance. And then have another key, where all toons cast their CC effect at once, at their focus target (this includes the argument [exists], so they won't cast their CC without a focus set). This was originally for Cyclone on my Boomkin team, with the idea of setting Focus to healers and other annoyances, and then burning the kill target while the others cannot interfere. However, I've moved to a Feral team... at the moment, the Focus is just to set independent targets for the team -- can have one kitty on a healer, and spamming DPS/IWT on their Focus instead of the active toon's target.

| For round-robin focus, I'm using the 'Steps' feature of IS Boxer. Which is a different action on each subsequent press of the same key. I know Pwnboxer has a keymap system, but am not sure if it has anything akin to steps. You could accomplish this within the default warcraft system through a different keybind for each toon's focus command. In my case, I've set up the "6" key. - On press 1, it sends "6" to only the first toon. - On press 2, it sends "6" to only the second toon. - Press 5 is only the 5th toon, and Press 6 is again the first toon. Which gets an easy round-robin effect within the software. Each has: /Clearfocus /Focus /script SetRaidTarget("target", 1); /party My Focus set to >>> %T <<< I use 1 = star, 3 = diamond, 5 = moon, 6= square, and 7= cross. Also have (on the same keybind for all toons... Shift F): #show Cyclone /cast [target=Focus,Exists] Cyclone For the IWT on Focus, just put a: /target [target=Focus,Exists] into the macro, after your assist line, which will then switch targeting from whatever your main is on, to your focus if you have a focus. You'll need a key to clear focus. Or just enable key broadcasting for all toons, and do a simple, "/clearfocus".
