Default "Best upgrade for" addon

I'm curious, does such an addon still exist?

Say, I get a dungeon drop, I hover over the item and it tells me which party member (or raid member) this would suit best for as an upgrade.

I know there was one before, except that I can't remember what it was called.

If any of you know, let me know. So much hassle just switching over to all my slaves just to check who needs it the most.

This...Yes...Please.

I would build a house out of wood from trees I would plant and cut down myself to get an addon like this.
