I recommend getting Arkinventory too, just to help with post-instance sorting. You can set rules to seperate grays, quest items, gear by item level, soulbound, rarity, ect.

I've noticed that you lose a lot of things in your videos so the addon might speed things up a little more.

I would have to agree with Flame here, Great addon would make it so much easier when it come to looting things and keeping organised.

I personally also use Gear Score to to help make snap decisions on gear loot.

and have you thought about using the Jamba add-on, does a lot of cool things like auto accepting group invites and auto selling gray items.
Look into it, I have found it really helpful with dual boxing.

Yep, Jamba is really nice.

Forwards messages sent to you on the slave toon to the master toon. You can use it so it follows along quest dialog boxes with you and accepts/completes quests(unless you need to pick reward). Handles group invites and/or auto declines for ginvites and duels. I haven't messed with the Targeting part of it, but I think it can be used for kill orders.(sounds complicated lol)

arkinventory is well amazing, just know it is a huge hog on memory, it falls in the same group as quest helper for memory usuage

I think the must haves are:

- Jamba

It goes without saying that this makes multiboxing more fun and takes most of the annoying trivial tasks out of the game. The Jamba Party window is like having a rear view mirror for when your team stops following you or is about to ding. You can 2 box without Jamba but for 5 boxing i think its a must.

- Bartender4

Since Tim showed me this addon i've liked it, it's really easy to move, scale, resize and keybind bars. I was using CTMod_BarMod before which is a pale comparison.

- Healbot Continued

Healing, buffing, cleansing your 4 hunters + 4 pets has never been this easy. I think Tim needs to try this out on his team, it's a revelation compared to watching unit frame health bars. The options menu is a little complicated but it worked almost out of the box for me.

One of many mods that will tell you what something will vendor for. Good if no quest rewards suit you or you want to decide what to delete from your bags. Lightweight.

Lastly, if you're going to quest, you should get a quest helper. I use TourGuide + TomTom + LightHeaded with WoWPro-Alliance TourGuide installed.

I'm finding pre-prepared tourguides a bit of a problem with RAF accounts though because quests are green very quickly and keeping to a quest chain can sometimes end up with you having grey quests which are wastes of time.

Healbot is still and always will be failmode for healers. If you are not good, use healbot.
Sorry - I cant stand the lack of thought necessary for healbot use. The other addons are almost perfect (TomTom is annoying, but a waypoints arrow comes with cartographer anyway)

I am not good at healing. My priest has always been shadow and undergeared. I never took the time to get into raid heals as I was always a primary dps class (mage/lock) end game. Healbot rocks for me.
