Hey there, I actually have an almost 2 hour video coming out that explains multiboxing things and uses Pwnboxer. Should be a few days/week till it is released!

On the other site, Khatovar has a guide for Jamba; google: Jamba - Getting Started

For generic team macros that will work for any set of toons, try using a focus based approach.

If you have three toons on the team, every one of them has three focus macros.
If you have five toons on the tea, each of them has five focus macros.

Everyone has:
/focus [target=ToonA] on the same keybind.

Everyone has:
/focus [target=ToonB] on the same keybind (different keybind from Focus Toon A).

Repeat for each member of your team.

Ideally, you would want your warcraft Focus macro to be on the same keybind as you use to switch from one character to another with your boxing software.
So for example, you are on Toon A and want to switch to Toon B; you press your keybind (example: Shift F2) which has your boxing program switch to Region 2 for the second toon -and- has warcraft run the macro which Focuses Toon B on all of your characters.

Whenever you push a Focus switch key, every toon pushes the same key combination and they all make the same character the focus, even the current character.

When you want to follow, they all have this macro on the same keybind:
/follow [target=focus]

It doesn't matter which toon is leading, they all have the lead toon as their focus and the non-lead toons will follow the lead toon because it is their focus.
The lead toon will not be able to follow themself, but that won't break the macro.

Most classes do not need to change targets in order to do attacks.
Your assist macros will be:
/cast [@focustarget] Lightning Bolt

Or:
/castsequence [@focustarget] reset=5 Flame Shock, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Earth Shock, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Lightning Bolt
/cast [@focustarget] Lava Burst

If a character on your team needs to target their enemy for optimal damage (all melee characters, plus Hunters who auto shoot, plus casters if you have them attack with their Wands), go with this format:
/assist [target=focus]
/cast Aimed Shot

Or:
/assist [target=focus]
/castsequence reset=target Mangle(Cat Form), Rake(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Rip(Cat Form)

You can also use macro based heals.
I recommend having 1-2 macro based heals, as that will allow you to heal anyone the lead toon (Focus) targets, even if they're not in your group/raid.
However, once you get the basics down, look into a "Repeater Region" based healing.

#show Flash of Light
/cast [@focustarget,help][@focustargettarget,help] Flash of Light

Enable CTM (Click to Move), in Interface Options - Mouse Options.
Check the box.

Then have a keybind for IWT (Interact With Target), in Keybinds - Targeting Functions.
Ideally have one for all your toons, and another for melee toons only.

Select a target.
Have the melee assist you, so they have the target.
Press (broadcast to all toons) the Melee only IWT key.
If it is PvP, then spam this keys frantically, as you do your other DPS keys.

What spec is your warrior?

Frost DK's don't really have a rotation.

But there are two priorities you can go with.

Howling Blast > Frost Strike > Necrotic Strike (or Plague Strike if you don't have NS yet) > Blood Strike (omit BS in 4.1 or later).

Obliterate > Blood Strike (omit BS in 4.1 or later) > Frost Strike.

Generally combine the Obliterate with Hungering Cold on round-robin, more of a PvP thing.
For PvE, I'd try to Howling Blast and Frost Strike as much as possible.

I'll try to find a Fury rotation.

Try a Fury macro based on this:

#show
/assist [@focus]
/castsequence reset=target/combat Berserker Rage,Battle Trance,Heroic Strike,Raging Blow,Bloodthirst,Enrage,Cleave,Raging Blow,Bloodthirst,Whirlwind
/cast Slam
/cast Bloodlust
/use 13
/use 14

If that is over 255 characters, an addon like Super Duper Macros will raise your macro character length cap to 1024.
