Default Fastest way to level 3/4/5 multiboxed toons

So, the only thing that's barring me from MB'ing is the level grind. It's literally what I hate the most. I like questing, just not 85 levels of it. So, if there was a guide from the get-go on how to make the most efficient use of your time while multiboxing it would be great!

I don't expect a quest-by-quest do this one, don't do that one guide, although that would be fantastic too. All I want is some general guidelines and tips to speed leveling up.

If you have a level 85 toon (or someone higher than 80th), especially a tanking toon or an AoE class, boosting will be the fastest method.

The original account is "A".
If you have more than one, this will work with two as well but not three existing accounts.

You send the RAF invite (from account management on Account A), to yourself.
And then use the emailed link, to create new accounts.
And then go into those accounts - account management page and upgrade those to retail accounts with purchased wow games.

The two accounts, referring would be:
A > C > D
B > E
With the booster on A.

The one initial account, referring would be:
A > B > C
A > D > E
As in "A" sends out two RAF invites, and once upgraded to regular accounts, B/D each send one more out.

The reason for the structure is because to get RAF bonus experience, the accounts that are linked need to fulfill all the RAF conditions.
a) Be grouped with an account directly RAF linked;
b) Be in fairly close proximity to the character on the linked account;
c) Be within +/- 4 levels of that character;
d) Be level 79 or lower;
e) The mob killed or quest completed is not greyed out for either character.

With a booster on "A", the A/B or A/D links will not qualify for RAF.
However the B/C and D/E will, which means those four accounts gain all the benefits, irregardless of B not meeting the A/B requirements (or D not meeting the A/D requirements).
Similarly, with the two existing accounts (A > C > D -and- B > E), if the booster is on "A", then C/D and B/E meet the requirements and you get the crazy fast leveling speed.

The reason for the order of the linking is because every even level gained on the RAF (new) account, the referring account can be "granted" one level.
And if you're in a chain A > B > C, when C gives levels to B, those levels cascade or count as levels gained on B, who can give even more levels to A.

Ideally, A will boost four toons (or eight, but then you lose some free levels) on BCDE (A > B > C -and- A > D > E).
E, gives two full level 80's to D (as does D to A, C to B and B to A).
Then D gives one more toon to A, based on the two 80's it received (the same as B does, based on the two 80's C gave it).
Which nets you:
A) Booster + 2x From B + 2x From D + 1x Cascaded from C + 1x Cascaded from E.
B) Four Boosted Toons + 2x From C.
C) Four Boosted Toons
D) Four Boosted Toons + 2x From E.
E) Four Boosted Toons.

Totals are then:
A) 6 new toons, plus the Booster.
B) 6 new toons.
C) 4 new toons.
D) 6 new toons.
E) 4 new toons.

It is very worthwhile to play with other boxers.
If you have a single existing account, very strongly consider placing a lot of gold (and all your heirlooms), and tradeable wealth (tradeskill items) onto that character and then doing a server transfer and/or faction change.

Playing with other boxers is immensely fun, plus you have a resource to support you as you level or lend aid if you're camped (on a PvP server).
The general boxing servers seem to be:
EU - Alliance ServerName Outland "Autobots Roll Out"
EU - Horde Grim'Batol "GIMP"
US - Alliance Kil'jaeden "Legion of Boom" (More boxers here than anywhere else).
US - Horde Magtheridon "The Zerg"
US - Horde Blackrock "But Mom I'm Multiboxing"
Basically one choice for everything, except US Horde which is roughly equally active on Blackrock and Magtheridon.

When you're "Boosting", you group all five toons together.
And then have the higher level kill stuff.
With the lower levels looting, as necessary.
Probably with Click to Move on, and using an Interact With Target keybind so they loot quest items that drop off of mobs.
Take quests for instances, or quest in general.
Quest to level 10.
Then boost in instances to 80th, a progression like:
10-16 Deadmines
16-20 Stockades
20-24 SM Graveyard
24-35 SM Armory/Cathedral
The exact instance levels have changed, since I did boosting but searching for wow dungeons +cataclysm +wowwiki will get you all the info you need.

Park the lowbies at zone in.
Have the booster gather a bunch of mobs and pull to zone in (or nearby).
Kill them.
Run the lowbies deeper in (auto follow the main).
Repeat.

Mix it up with PvP, for a change of pace.
The booster will not be in your bracket.
But the brackets are x0-x4 and x5-x9; if your toons are 14th, 19th, 24th, 29th, etc... you'll dominate and it is a fun change of pace.

Take quests too, the booster will plow through lower content.
In general avoid collections, unless each toon can grab the item from the same mob.
Kill quests are the best.

2 issues which I guess I should have clarified:

I already own the accounts so I can't do RAF, and can't afford buying new ones for RAF....also my main high level is on the same acct as 1 of my mb'ers so I can't really boost! =(

In that case...

Get a quest stacking guide.
If you want a free one, go with the Jaime guide which is available for both alliance and horde.

A paid guide like Zygor's is a little fancier, with an in-game addon which gives you an arrow and tells you where to go for the next step, as well as displaying the next few quests.

Stacking quests efficiently is probably the fastest way to level.
Remember, you only need between 70-80% (depending on the expansion) of the original experience of when that content was current material for leveling... so you can skip painful quests (ie, some gathering quests).

But again mix things up.

PvP in the x0-x4 and x5-x9 brackets; if you like PvP then consider doing it at 23-24, 28-29, 33-34, 38-39, etc... as a change of pace.

Instances are a possibility too, especially if you have a Tank and a Healer amongst your five toons.

And you don't exactly need five, that's just the size of a full group.
Plenty of boxers go with four, which is far more powerful in 10-man BG's (because 40% of the team is in one place instead of 50%).

If you have some gold, you can pay for instance runs.
Boosting is the fastest method, when you're earning 3x experience from everything.
So it will still be the fastest method at 1x experience, just the differences between #1 and #2 (or any two methods) will be 1/3rd what they would have been if you were to RAF; the relative ordering of best to worst will still be the same.

You could also offer to loot everything (cloth, etc) for someone, who is running you through the content... and get free runs.

If you're on a server with other boxers, you can trade runs with someone too.
