Anyone have any new or exciting methods to generate gold in Warcraft? This expansion: Myself, I level my toons to at least 75th. Train them in Alchemy, and raise it to 485 for Transmute Elements. Then fly them to Gadgetzan. And follow the coast south, into Uldum. Fly them to the summoning stone for Vortex Pinnacle. Have one of them (or all) bound in SW/Org. That toon is still in the home city. Mail from the AH toon, 75 Volatile Life, to the toon on this team. Log the team on, group up. Use the stone to summon the toon still in the home city. Open the mailbox, retrieve the life, split it into 5 stacks of 15's. Accept the summons. Distribute the Life. Transmute. Give the results to the toon on the same account as the AH toon. Hearth. Mail back to the AH toon, instant mail because of the same account. We get 14-16 Volatile Air, plus 0-8 random Volatiles. With 34 transmuters (29 doing Volatile Life > Volatile Air), this is a consistent 10-15k (12k average) per day, since the release of Cataclysm. This transmute will gray out at 520/525, which is an easy way to raise it from 485/525.

Hey Ualaa, So the question is, where really do these Volatile Life's come from for you to get such a high quantity of them? Or do you just buy them off the AH? Also, is it 1 Volatile Life -> 1 Volatile XYZ? Right now I'm seeing Volatile Life sell for about 11-14g each, and Volatile Airs/others go for between 6-20g, with such a saturated market (on a small server) that selling any large qty of them would require the price to be dipped down even more. Doesn't seem too profitable, unless I'm missing a detail?

I have a macro, which I sort of spam... Press each time I log in, or every 10 minutes or so, of time spend on the auction toon. /2 WTB Volatile Life, as many as you have, please COD to <Auction Toon's Name>. Paying 6.5g each (1300 per stack of 200). When I'm low, I'll buy from the auction house. Volatile Air, on my server, averages 18-22g (oddly enough lower quantities are more 18g, while larger stacks are closer to 22g). It is very easy to buy from the AH for 10-12g, which isn't the best profit but still... turning 510 x 12g into 510 x 20g is still 510 x 8g profit... 510 x 6g getting converted into 510 x 20g, is of course much better... 510g x 14g profit. If you look at the people who regularly sell the Darkmoon Faire decks, you can send them an in-game mail. One of the bi-products of making the cards for the assorted decks is Volatile Life. At the moment I have a bulk supplier who will send me 5,000 or so Life every 10 days for 30k (6g each). If you do the transmute in: - Vashj'ir you get: 15 Life = 14-16 Water, plus 0-8 Random. - Hyjal you get: 15 Life = 14-16 Fire, plus 0-8 random. - Deepholm you get: 15 Life = 14-16 Earth, plus 0-8 random. - Uldum you get: 15 Life = 14-16 Air, plus 0-8 random. Air sells for the most. Fire ranges from equal value to half the value of Air. Earth isn't great, but it's better than Water. Water is basically the same value as Life. I also do Truegold every day with a team of toons. And sell drops of items. Sometimes buy items to resell if they're underpriced, or whatever. But the majority of my gold is from the transmutes. That is consistent, and the highest return for the least investment/time. Cenarius US, is the number 11 server for most populous. More players than Blackrock US, Magtheridon US, Kiljaeden US, Grim Batol EU, or any of the other big boxing servers; not really a lot of boxers on the server, but that doesn't impact the economy. Plus 85% of the player base is Alliance, which is the most one-sided of the top 20 most populated servers... tons of players of my faction. The auction house is not really ever saturated with things. On a weekend, I can post 15 single auctions of Truegold on the second page, and they'll all sell within 24 hours.

Ualaa, are you Horde or Alliance on Cenarius-US? Also, is it PVP or PVE? I am looking for a new place for my upcoming project of leveling a Hunter from 1 - 85, but it does have to be Alliance (vomit!). I'm going to be doing a Worgen Hunter almost surely.

I'm both factions, two horde teams and seven alliance teams. The server is 85% alliance, which is where I am mostly. Cenarius US, PvE.

Not to hijack your thread or anything, but what if I were to roll my upcoming new Worgen class on your server?

No objections to your picking Cenarius or not picking it. My guild is barely level four, so not the best for leveling a solo toon. There's the 5% experience, but not the 10% or the higher guild rank heirlooms. Or you could do your own guild, to advertise Pwnboxer or Multiboxing.com. Both are a decent idea, as publicity is good.

The lower the % XP, the better, since I'd be recording this video for the entire 1-85. I don't advertise any of my stuff when I play WoW, that not the point of playing (or streaming). I play for fun and to show others how to multibox. I don't believe I've ever said, not even once, in the history of me playing WoW, randomly linked/advertised Pwnboxer/MB to people such as trade. Not really my style I guess. Realistically Pwnboxer is so large now that it has its own self-promoting "engine" built-in: The happy users. The bulk of all Pwnboxer new users come from just word of people and people telling other people. A lot of them are really fierce, which is actually pretty cool. I have a pretty popular live stream, so I suppose that is my personal "word of mouth". But yea, I just need a new home for my level 1 Worgen character. I think I might actually make him a tank class now that I think about it. Hmm...
