Top 5 guides to be stickied?

Hello all, as you have noticed, good guides written for this forum, get lost sometimes from 1 to several pages back from the first page, due to other random questions or posts. This is more common in the macro's forum, as there are only 3 pages here.. d'oh. But still. Ill do this for the macro forum next.

Tim has asked me to post a thread, and for everybody to chime in, about what the best guides are, so that those may be stickied. My concern is that there are some great guides, but finding them requires digging and luck . So, why not just have them (the better ones) on the first page of the guides forum, and that will make it alot easier for all the nubs like myself.

So, please chime in on what you think are the best Guide threads out there, and why.

Great thread! But how about instead of voting, people just post links to what they would like to see stickied, and from those link we pick however many we think is needed?

I'm thinking that maybe we could then assemble them all into a common thread, and then link that thread in all the forums as a quick reference, or maybe compile them into some sort of guide?

Why don't we just create a ordered directory thats stickied?
