| Hi, I am new to multiboxing. I have pwnBoxer and Jamba. I have 2 accounts and am trying to set up a Paladin and a Priest. I have read a lot of the posts and guides but am still a little bit lost. I could use a step by step guide of how to set this up complete with key mappings and macro's needed. Also, if this is a poor choice for only 2 toons, I am open to any suggestions. Thanks |

| Any two toons will work. A tank type and a healer type, is a good combination. Initially, I would spec the Paladin Ret, and pursue Shadow talents on the priest. Once the Pally has Holy Shield (talents), Prot or Ret are both good options. I'd probably end up as Protection on the Paladin and Disc/Holy or Holy/Disc on the priest. The easiest control method is Focus based. You need two hotkeys on each toon, one for both to make the Paladin focus, the other for both to make the Priest your focus. /Focus [target=Paladin'sName] /Focus [target=Priest's Name] After that, you'll want a follow key. /Follow [target=Focus] And some attacks. /cast [target=FocusTarget] Attack Spell/Ability And some heals. /cast [help][help,Target=TargetTarget] Heal Spell I would probably run with just the Priest doing heals. You can build buffs exactly the same as heals, or have an addon like SmartBuff control that for you. If you drive with the Paladin, you'll want a key (like down arrow) to break follow on the Priest, a short distance from combat. Also have a key, something like: #show Shoot /assist [target=Focus] /cast Shoot That way the Priest can help the Paladin kill things. If you want to drive with the Priest, turn on "Click to Move" in Interface > Mouse Options, in Warcraft. And keybind "Interact With Target" (in Keybinds > Targeting Functions), also within warcraft. IWT, with CTM on, will have your toon move towards its target and (if hostile) initiate auto attack. That should get you started. |

| You will also want healbot. Healbot is good to keep up buffs and heal toons quickly w/o too many macros and keys. It is configurable and once configured all ya gotta do is keep an eye on the health/buff bars and mash em when you need to. I would go proto all the way for the pally and drive the pally and have the priest as a slave. Of course its all preference. |

| Ok looked briefly at clikable dockmapping and am clueless. Healbot has colors and such to indicate the state of health and buffs. For instance my two toon setup has 3 buttons total for 3 toons. My pally, my lock and his minon. If more are in party it auto adds the people and buffs for them. My pally usually buffs the party and all I do is mash the button for the toon. So my pally with one button I usually mash 4 times for the 4 spell buffs and my lock once and the minon once. If they need healing then mash it again and it heals. It also removes poisons and curses with one mash for each operation. Its a no brainer and I aint got no brain. Ill possibly look into it later. |

| Senior Member | You can't use HealBot to its fullest with Pwnboxer (very effectively anyway) unless your main in-control toon is your healer. If you look at the screenshots in the thread I linked above, you will see my party frames to the direct left of the DockMappings. These show everything you mentioned. As for buffs I have an addon called SmartBuffs. Using it I can spam a single button that is sent to all my toons that automatically does ALL buffs, it also alerts me when buffs are fading. EDIT: Also you are saying mashing a button, do you mean clicking HealBot?

| Ok, I ended up using 2 Pallys. I have so far made it too lvl 45 in about 10 days. I have figured out most of the things I want to do so far. I have my buffs on 3 keys. I could not figure out how to get 2 blessings on both Pallys with only one key. The other thing I am now trying to figure out is how to switch masters. The main problem is that the slave has Click to Move turned on and that does not seem to work well when trying to use him as the master. I am not sure what info is needed to help me out. I can post what macros I have and what is mapped to each key if need be. Thanks for any help or hints. |

| Senior Member | Check out the addon SmartBuff... it will allow you to put ALL buffs (of any class) on 1 spammable button.
