New User, Having Heaps of trouble.

I just bought Pwnboxer and i cant seem to get it to do anything more than open up my 2 windows of WoW. (trying to dual box 2 undead mages, both at level 1). First off when i click the "Start All Games" button it opens up 2 windows, but there not in the configuration i have set up on my PwnBoxer window. They are just 2 windows in the center of the screen 1 ontop of the other rather than 1 side by side as i have it shown on Pwnboxer. Seeing as this isnt vital to boxing i tried to overlook this and sort it out later after i figured out how to get the core boxing elements down but i cannot get PwnBoxer to do even 1 thing for me and it is extremely frustrating. I have "Enable Key Broadcasting" checked, and inside the window that says "Configure Keys" i have "Broadcast Only These Keys" checked and i have 1-0, WASD, & UP DOWN LEFT & RIGHT under the keys, yet it will not broadcast any of the keys. I have a macro for one of my mages to follow the other one bound to key "1" and i spam it on my other mage and nothing happens. I have tried checking the "Broadcast all keys, but" box and having the key list say <None>, but nothing happens either when i have that set. Also I did have the thing broadcasting my Mouse movements which stopped for some reason. I have tried pausing and resuming key broadcasting and that has done nothing. I've tried every check and button in the whole program and nothing seems to work... can anyone please help? or is there a starter video or post i can read that will shed some light? ive watched the video on the first page you come to and i have looked at Square One ? well ive been messing with it trying to figure out the problem for well over 3 hours now. i think i have linked the issue with PwnBoxer not firing up Wow the way it is needed to be in order for it to make a connection to both programs.. I think that is the issue because of how i said it fires up 2 wow windows 1 stacked directly on top of the other one as oppose to 1 side by side covering the screen as i have it set up on the PwnBoxer window. i have it set to fire up my Wow.exe that i would normally open up if i wanted to directly run wow and forego going through the launcher.. something is telling me im skipping over something stupid like some setting or this program cant run properly on my computer and i wasted $47.... BTW im using windows Vista home edition

What OS are you using?

If you are using Win7 then chances are you are missing or have a corrupt internal windows file that PB uses (PB uses a lot of Windows API).

I've seen this a few times, if this is the case, you can verify it yourself simply by trying PB on another PC (use the Rebind function). Once you confirm it, well, you can try updating windows / patching / AV / reinstall

Vista's my OS (Service Pack 2)
I'm thinking it might be a corrupt file on Vista cause my computers about 4 years old. I'll give reinstalling PB and updating windows a shot

You mean reinstalling Windows, updating it, then doing PB right?

I've seen that resolve the issue literally 100% of the time. There was a thread a month ago where I think Xartin or Drar was helping somebody with the same issue, and sure enough, OS reinstall fixed it.

I've had that on my laptop as well, I think the issue sprang up after I uninstalled Steam?

How do you reinstall Windows? the current OS came with my computer and i dont have the CDs that came with it also would that wipe my computer of all its information as if i was formatting it?

You would definitely want to call your computer support, they should provide it, before you format at all.

But first try and do any repair/recheck of all your patches just in case.
