If Click to Move is enabled, and you press your IWT key (or have it sent to only the DK's), they will move to the target automatically if they're too far away for the default action. With friendly npc's, the default action is to open the menu, with options such as taking a flight, checking the vendor items on a merchant or setting your hearth point. With a hostile npc or player, the default action is to initiate a melee swing on the target. Conversely, if Click to Move is off, than giving an IWT action won't do much unless they're already in melee range. With melee teams, I leave CTM on always. That way, any IWT to the melee results in their moving to the target if they're out of melee range. With caster teams, I toggle it on for the slaves/followers and turn it off for the currently active/master character. This way, if I click the ground with the lead toon it doesn't issue any movement orders, but the slaves will still move closer to an NPC to interact with it if I click on the NPC.... which greatly increases the chances they will take the same quest, etc. You can toggle on and off (CTM) with (1 = on, 0 = off): /console AutoInteract 1

So do you need Attack on Assist on too? Or will just CTM and IWT work fine without it. Also Ualaa do you have a non IS Boxer Friendly macro setup, since some of us don't use IS Boxer so we use the inbreed macro of wow, or various addons.

You could run my two priority sequence attacks, like this: Roll your fingers over 1-3 for Howling Blast. Hitting 1 first, then 2, and 3 last. On 1: #show Howling Blast /assist [target=focus] /startattack /castsequence Howling Blast, Howling Blast /cast Frost Strike On 2: #show Necrotic Strike /assist [target=focus] /startattack /castsequence Necrotic Strike, Blood Strike On 3: Nothing, but have this as your IWT keybind for your DK's only. Sequence two is Obliterate. Run your fingers over 3-5. On 4: #show Obliterate /assist [target=focus] /startattack /castsequence Obliterate, Obliterate /cast Frost Strike On 5: #show Blood Strike /assist [target=focus] /startattack /castsequence Blood Strike, Blood Strike /cast Frost Strike Honestly, not sure how these will work out. They are castsequences, with instant cast single spells. So the /cast Frost Strike cannot fire off when the castsequence is on the first ability. But will always fire off, if you have the Runic Power, when the castsequence is on the second ability. If you don't have the Runic power then the second ability fires off. Basically we have: 1) Ability A 2) Frost Strike if we have the Runic Power, skip if we don't 3) Ability A, and irregardless of Runic Power loop back to Step 1. These are priority sequences, not straight castsequences. In 4.1, we can ditch the Blood Strike entirely. HB > FS > NS > BS OBL > BS > FS In 4.1 they will be: HB > FS > NS OBL > FS

Ok cool. Right now my DK's are level 58, about to break out of the start zone, so at least I know what to do in the coming levels. Though I'd give it a week or so of grinding my healer leveled up to 58 though too. Can't wait for that, should be starting that tonight for sure.

Ualaa, What do you mean by "For each of the DK "Spam" sequences, the Pally receives "1" on press and "2" on release... which does nothing, unless a focus is set." I've got the macro set but it says it doesn't have a target... Thanks. Tchalla

How do you get your DK's to run to the target when you hit IWT other than pushing them forward with a movement key ![]() ![]()

If Click to Move is enabled, their IWT keybind will move them to any target that you can interact with (do something on a right-mouse-click). In the case of a hostile NPC/Player, that is initiate melee combat. In the case of many friendly NPC's, that is open the trade window or the flightpath window or the quest interface. In the case of lootable corpses, it is move to the corpse and loot. I have a more updated version of my setup on Dual-Boxing.

My question is why in the world would you use blood strike when that rune would be better used on a necrotic strike or howling blast?
