Been thinking :)) about this combo for arena

I have finished my dk, over 2200k rating, I have also pretty nice RET paly with all ruthless gear and Warrior

now, if I box them for 3's I wonder how would that go, just pound healer down, all 3 toons do crap load of damage, Im thinkig to actually try my frost dk today with my ret paly, ret paly has alot of burst!

still working on my shamans to get gear.. only one done with above 3k res.

I think 3s would be amazing since there is less DPS to focus on just one of your characters. So you could essentially ground and pound their healer, and then ezroflstomp the other 2.

Actually, I'm real excited to see how this goes. I always thought 3x DK would own normal 3x teams, with or without a healer.

yeah 3x DKs would, damn, even my 3 hunters would own in BM spec with 3 pets eating the healer, without even getting feared. only thing that worries me is priest that will keep bubble on everyone and keep getting feared, but hey, you cant win every game, Tonight Ill give it a shot in 2s DK with 4.3 res and my ret paly with 4k res.

A 5s team of holy pallys would own I think, probably would want to get used to the mechanics first with one pally in a 2s team just so I don't fail like I do at most pvp attempts.

I'm still a little peed off that Divine Storm turned into Divine Nerf. I was just leveling my 5x Pally team when that happened. The insane zomg uber DPS/Heals of 5x Divine Storm was so damn awesome.

Haven't played them in a while, but I've got a 5's H.Pally team.
The plan was to put them into the 70-74 bracket.

The absolute best gear in slot, is usually the level 70 PvP items.
With a few odd pieces of Sunwell here or there.
Given arena gear is not superior in every way (as is the case at maximum level), arena is only done for fun if you enjoy that aspect of the game.

If you don't enjoy arena, you could run as 71-74, and have an advantage over level 70's.
Being higher level would allow you to detect stealth characters more easily, and to be a little stronger against NPC's.
Your gear ratings would translate a little lower (ie, 50 Hit Rating might be 3% at 70th but only 2.9% at 72nd), not sure the exact amount.
But you'll have more health and more mana.
Paladins get (I believe) Avenging Wrath at 72nd (there is a very nice ability at 72nd anyway)...

So my five-some were planning on turning off experience at 72nd.
They would have close to Best-In-Slot, in every slot... after a single weekend of battlegrounds.
With eachnew arena seasons... they would not need to replace their gear...

A decent healer with cool downs can survive 3s especially if his 2 dps are doing their job at peeling. I've been Rival the past 3 season (so close to Gladiator -.-) and I can tell you that there simply isn't enough DPS in a 3's team, even with 3, for a boxer to kill a team 2k+ You could farm low teams easily tho.
