When you add something to your queue via xbox.com, all you need to do is start up your xbox, press the center button, navigate to the left twice and select active downloads. You will be able to install stuff from there.

When you buy something on xbox.com it enters a queue (basically a holding area) and when you turn on your 360 the holding area is accessed automatically and the DLC is downloaded. You don't need to do anything but turn your 360 on and login to XBL.

If you are talking about taking DLC for a PC game and trying to use it on the Xbox 360 it won't work. It needs to be bought for the platform you will be playing the game on.

If it's on your friend's account you need to log onto his account to use it. Purchases like that are non-transferable

Yes if your friend bought it on his 360 it is tied to his account. even if you managed to get it to your 360 is would be unusable.

Yea guys, pirating games is bad.

In other news, the MB site has opened up an anonymous FTP server for everybody to use, but it only allows uploads, and those go directly into my gaming PC.
