Default Streaming with FME and VHScrCap caps me at 15FPS

Hey,

I use FME and VHScrCap to stream, but everytime I do I get capped at 15fps. I've tried everything to get higher, changed quality of stream, editing most settings.

If any "expert" can help me that would be nice

EDIT: Oh and I got 58Mbps/11Mbps down/up on my speedtest and got intel i7 920 @ 2.6Ghz, Geforce 9800GT and 6GB monster RAM

Edit again: I have been running at a higher FPS befor, don't know why it wont do it now.

Maybe throw up your .XML file (edit out your stream ID) so we can have a look at how you're configured.

Maybe a screenshot of VHScrCap as well.

The wierd thing is, I set VHScrCap to 30FPS, when I close it and open it again it say 30, but when I start FME and then open VHScrCap, it says 15 again :S

Edit: This is my FMEcmd:

Yup, that is correct. But as I stated above:

Now it goes over 15FPS, but falls down between 14-18 FPS from time to time. Haven't gotten it to 30 FPS yet.

VHScrCap works like this:

You start it up, set your settings, then close VHScrCap and do not start it again unless you want to change things.

Anytime you close it, it automatically saves those settings. However, it does not load all of them when you restart it, so you will lose them.
