Default Skyrim mouse problems

Anybody install Skyrim and immediately have mouse lag problems? As in, you move the mouse, and then it takes 1/2 second for the mouse to actually move? It makes the game damn near unplayable.

I did 2 changes to the skyrimprefs.ini but it doesn't help completey:

Quote:
iPresentInterval=0
bMouseAcceleration=0
Those didn't fix it.

Any ideas?

With the ammount of random crashes and you/your companion getting stuck (or your companion running into a trap and getting itself killed, that sounds like a bad idea xD

So really, is the XBox style controller really that good for the PC version?

its not necessarily better just easier in some respects

IE: you can still use command (~) functions, save

its better for combat in my my opinion and the favorites list is less bugged.
