Ok, v1 (cranked this out quickly since I'm at work and need to focus on other things, but wanted to satiate your hunger).

Highlights (left to right, top to bottom):

• Room for team name ("Team Evil")
• Placeholder for the 64x64 image (orc banner - of course I picked one without transparent corners *sigh*)
• Character name ("LoveNoEvil")
• Level indicator (80)
• Race indicator (undead female)
• Class indicator (priest)
• Profession1 indicator (enchanting)
• Profession2 indicator (tailoring)
• Class specialization indicator (holy)

This uses a standard "Web banner huge 728x90" template which seemed to be a pretty decent size for the MB.com sigs.

I consider this my non-creative first version since it's very blocky and linear. Other designs will deviate from this.

Oh, I have all the images for the level background, races, classes, professions and specializations if you decide to make a version like this.

Sorry I didn't mean to make you feel like you needed to shrug off work Sorry about that, I was just being goofy and excited because you are talented with graphics and thats the one "web thing" that I lack. lol

First critique:
Maybe make the "team name" 2 lines? (doesn't seem to be much more room there for more characters)

Make sure that the "toon name" fields can fit the maximum number of characters allowed for a WoW toon name (12) which it already looks like it does (just 2 more than LoveNoEvil)
