Any 2 digit number between 10-19 you choose and then subtract the digits from the number will be 9.

20-29 = 18
30-39 = 27
40-48 = 36
50-59 = 45
60-69 = 54
70-79 = 63
80-89 = 72
90-99 = 81

Every time the "2nd" page of the flash app loads, squares for 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, and 81 all have the same item, therefore it will always be right, no matter what 2 digit number you chose.
