| (SOLVED, look at last post for details)Heyhey all ![]() I just finished my latest gaming rig build and i have a slight issue: I got one monitor now, connected via dvi port. the grafixcards is named Ati hd 6970. When i open pwnboxer, i can see the "message of the day", nothing else. (all other programs ive tried are visible though, even wow, its almost like windows assumes i got pwnboxer on the other old monitor i used) (infact i did use to have the pwnboxer open on the other monitor before). Tried all i could think of but still no luck. Anyway im off to bed now but if you have any suggestions they are most welcome. Last edited by Newbox; 01-05-2011 at 12:25 AM. Reason: topic is solved |

| couldnt sleep so i tried something.. i installed a new copy of pwnboxer into a new folder, unpacking the rar file from the initial download when i first got pwnboxer. When i then launched it it worked! But... then i tried to load a saved setting for my toons.... resulting in the same "error" i got in post 1: can only see message of the day,,,,not pwnboxer it self. Now i cant use that new install any longer...becasue it seems that when you run pwnboxer it automatically remembers the last loaded settings. So i had to delete it and un"rar" a new copy to get it to work again. Atm though, if there isnt a fix for this i have to enter all details for all the teams..again. Wouldnt be pleasant :/ Help please |

| Not a perfect fix but nontheless... connected another monitor to the pc and booted up... yep...pwnboxer was indeed located on that other screen.. So i moved it to monitor 1. Saved. Exited pwnboxer. Disconnected montitor 2. Booted up and yeeeeeeeees, its all there and visable on one monitor. Funny how one should come in trouble because of these small things! So rule of thumb: if u use to have programs moved to any other monitor than you primary... move those back to the primary monitor before you make alterations to your pc-build. /victory |

| Super Moderator | I think you can right click on the actual program on the taskbar and tell the program to move from one monitor to another. That, or windows key + shift + left (right) arrow does the trick as well I believe. Regardless, glad to hear you solved your issue.
