Aion - Waste of time - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

the game isnt as good as what it was hyped upto be at all, ive seen free games almost as good so i was very disapointed with it.

Its a classic Asian grindfest from what I hear. I just dont have time for those anymore.

Tried Aion as well and have since canceled my subscription. NCSoft doesn't care about improving the game or listening to the game community for ideas or improvements because the western game version is a reworked version of the korean master meaning the korean developers dictate the terms for patches or changes made to aion. Korean games support gold buying and real money trading which we all know creates spam and mass annoyances If you don't enjoy paying to be annoyed don't bother with aion.

At first I liked Aion because it was somewhat similar to vanilla WoW. Then I had to focus more on school work and other programming projects and Aion got pushed to the side. Might pick it up again later though... or i'll multibox WoW

A lot of people are using it as something different from wow.
More for a change of pace until Cataclysm, then for a game they'll play long term.

On the other site, a guy was banned for using broadcasting software in Aion.

According to the GM email, using a program which broadcasts keystrokes is considered botting in Aion.

So pretty much anyone who wants to try it, will be stuck one-boxing.

One of the main reasons why I quit. Not very supportive of multiboxing
