Hey there,

Actually I was going to write an update post eventually, the thing stopping me is pretty much an issue of excitement over new features, as every time I start writing a new post, I go nuts, the post gets 2 pages long, and I've gone and let the demon out of the bag. Also I've had to restrain what I say publicly developmental wise since a certain competing software likes to rip off my ideas.

Essentially Pwnboxer's next update will bring Pwnboxer to version 3.0. I've already done a massive overhaul of the "engine" behind Pwnboxer, and surprisingly it makes WoW run faster than it has every ran before. This says a lot considering my PC is a friggen beast.

I've added so far I believe 7 of the recommendations that people have asked for, and have earmarked another 3 things, of which these are all some pretty massive updates. These last 3 features will most likely double the internal code behind Pwnboxer, which makes them some pretty HUGE updates, and I'm really excited.

I don't have a timeline yet, but a super rough guestimation is 2-8 weeks until release.

Pwnboxer is by far and above the most selling multiboxing software, and I would guess it does more than every other software combined times some number. The reason for this is pretty much tied to the fact that I am a die hard gamer, and I build for myself the best tool that would help me game hardcore, and I believe this reflection relates to other gamers at such a deep level which is why Pwnboxer does so well.

I'm not like other developers who don't have an interest with gaming or community beyond making a few dollars. I love gaming, I love the gaming community, and Pwnboxer is a reflection of this. As people can tell with my live gaming stream, I essentially spare no expense to give people something enjoyable. I've done the same by hiring 3 people to assist with the Pwnboxer project, people who have extreme expertise in specific areas of development, to help speed up development.

Over the past 6 months I've toyed around with some new ideas that will change how multiboxing works, and I've finally decided to pull the trigger. So trust me, the wait will be worth it big time.

Good to hear that there is some more development going on, though the program works just great for me as it is. I haven't used it with Cata yet, as I am leveling up some characters that I enjoy playing solo and also waiting on the zone crowds to thin out a bit. My shaman + 4 hunter team will be ready to start questing pretty soon, though.

If 3.0 includes a "pee break timer" it might just be perfect.
