Default UI Scale changes on fast switch

Shady's back. Back again.

New pc, setting everything up. One game on main monitor, four on second monitor. Noticing when I fast switch, games sent to second monitor don't maintain scale and the UI gets big and crowded. When they get switched back to the main monitor everything fits as normal. Am I missing something?

Also, though my new pc is much improved over my old, which could 5 box no problem, currently when I switch out my FPS drops to complete crap. I'm getting 10 FPS on my main monitor right now, if I toggle switching a few times it eventually goes back to 60 where I'm vsynching it. I can get 100 FPS, so what can be strangling my video intermittently?

A couple thoughts come to mind. Your monitors could have different resolutions, or the UI scale has different settings in the in-game options menu.

Thanks. Identical 28" Hanns G's ($250!!) monitors at 1900 x 1200, with nothing changed from prior pc set up.

However, a little birdie told me the GTX 470 is having driver issues in multiboxed WoW. I turned off shaders: SET FixedFunction "1" and the UI scrunch is still there but framerates have stabilized.

At least I know the issue now. Not knowing drives me nuts.

Fogy you have me really interested, do you know why that FixedFunction 1 does what it does? I've been seeing wierd FPS between my games and maybe that would change things?
