There was a pretty extensive discussion about this bug 2 nights ago in the stream. Tim's aware of it.

A workaround would be to set the toggle to ~ (tilde), go back to WoW and hit that key. If it doesn't work, then go back to Pwnboxer's config and type the ~ (tilde) again. Then switch back to WoW and hit that key.

This should get it to appear/disappear if you keep pressing it. Logging out and relaunch will probably require you to reset the toggle keystroke. Pwnboxer isn't registering the key for some reason, but like I said, Tim's aware of it.

You have to hit it twice to bring it back. If it's behind wow in the z-order the first time you hit the toggle it will hide the panel and then the second time you hit it will show the panel and set it as focus bringing it back in front of the Wow instance.

I have a quick fix for those who still have this problem. I find that if I drag the transparency slider back and forth a few times and press "OK" the panel comes back
