Serial Number is not being accepted. - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

I reburned my OS and when I try to register with the key emailed to me it just says Wrong Key.

I tried the re-bind using the exact name in the email sent to me and it won't accept it.

Please help.
