this is not an issue with pwnboxer, this has to do with lowerping altering the way windows are handled. meaning that the assumptions pwnboxer makes about how microsoft windows work are not entirely true, hence it wont work.

from what i can guess, lowerping is however running, even tho not actively, its still in the background.
If you can track this down, and disable it, then you can have both.
Again, for a fix for this i'm afriad you will have to ask on the lowerping side, since they alter the way Windows handles stuff.

It sounds like the Lowerping program does something which conflicts with Pwnboxer. You'll probably have to contact their support to have it resolved.
