I just purchased a new PB license for a new laptop. Bought it, paid for it, got the registration email, went to the activation site, entered the serial # (copy/paste) and the computer ID (copy/paste x2) and did not get a registration key. Used the rebind license key option to enter the information and I get "Sorry you entered either an invalid Computer ID, Serial number, or customer information. Please check your records and Go back." Tried entering all of the numbers manually just to be sure that it wasn't the copy/paste that was causing the problem. Got the same "invalid Computer ID" message. PS- The "Get License" button takes me to http://pwnboxer.com/buyprogram.html which produces a "Page not found" error.

Hey there, the new license registration key is emailed to you right upon ordering. So you get 2 emails, 1 is the receipt, and another is the reg key. Check your spam/junk/trash folders just in case it is in there.

Hi Tim, I did get two emails, but they were both activation emails and had the same information. I double-checked to make sure that the registration email did not get sent to my junk email and it is not there. Is there any way to verify my purchase and get the registration key sent again? I'm stuck without it. ![]() (And as if to mock me, I got one of the automated "please upgrade today" emails this morning. *cry* )

Hey there, I just did a forward to your forum registered email when I just now noticed that there was no order associated with that email, so nothing was resent to you ![]() Could you send me a PM with the email that you used to order with? I can then forward you it as well as PM you the email.

OK, this one is solved. User Error: I wasn't missing the registration number; the only thing missing was a functioning brain. Thanks for the help, Tim. I'll just accept my Derp of the Week Award and be on my merry way.

PB has been working for me for the last 2 weeks -- including the new version, and for some reason, PB is asking for a reg number, I enter the one I have been using and no luck. Is this a network problem, or PB software issue?

You probably just need to rebind it, clicky that magical button and follow the prompts

Tried rebinding it and no show. I went ahead and bought the new version 2.5 and so far it works -- got new serial number and reg it on website.

Hey buddy! Probably was an expired license, for the first time in a few years I actually enabled the expired licenses to be expired. I only did it now as I felt it was a good time since PB has awesome updates. Thanks for getting a new license
