| i bought pwnboxer to use but its nothing buy glitch on my computer i belive the program is capable of doing what i want to do but its bugging up and making everything lag how do i get a refund? |

| It may not be PwnBoxer that is giving you issues. If you are able to provide more information (details on the errors, system specs, ect.) we may be able to assist you. |

| id rather just know how to get a refund.. 40 aussie dollars gone that i can just spend on something else. |

| Senior Member | Why do you not want to fix the issue and get it working? The software isn't buggy, I can't count on 1 hand the people who have issues with it and it is almost always linked to a problem in Windows XP. List your system specs and what errors you are seeing and we can get you fixed up. Tim will have to comment directly on the possibility of a refund, I don't think I have ever seen him issue one but I don't speak for him. =)

| I'd suggest trying to get the program to work, too. But if you're really fed up with it, send Tim a private message. He's the only one who can do a refund. I'd assume you'll get one if you want one; Tim is a reasonable guy, and its not like one subscription fee will make or break him. |

| I used to be able to say "out of hundreds" it works perfectly, and then "out of thousands" now its approaching "out of tens of thousands". But anyway, out of all the users who have used Pwnboxer, I still have not found a single one with an issue that was not due to their own PC that wasn't resolved. Also, I think only a few (2?) have had a refund. So yea, I can say 99.99%+ that Pwnboxer works ![]() But if you want a refund and to be that #3, just respond to the order email you have with what the problem is and that you do or don't want to fix it which is needed to offer a refund. I ask what the problem is because I'm 99.99% sure its on your PC and not the software per the info above. Or just respond with the problem you're having and me and the general community can help ya out! |
