| I'm prepping things for another release of Pwnboxer and was wondering if the viability to run > 10 WoWs exists at all? So quick question- If Pwnboxer supported >10 WoWs (Say, up to 20), do you think people would actually use it? |

| There are two reasons to 10box: run an entire WSG or raid. The former might be interesting but I think would be susceptible to pwnage or loss of half the team at the GY, in both cases because getting back a dead team member generally requires you to take the rest of the live toons along, or else they'll just get dead too. The latter is even less likely to work as I can think of no boss fight in any TBC or WotLK raid that doesn't require two tanks - except maybe patchwerk - and so again the loss of focus would get you dead. tl;dr - humans are lousy multi-tasking (even the ones who say they're good at it) and won't scale well to the sorts of challenges 10boxing (or above) represent so there's no point

| I would love to raid with a 10 man multiboxing group. Don't have the money for the accounts though... But it sure would be fun!

| Some might 10-man, but aside from Sam/Prepared, no one does more then that, to my knowledge. Doesn't hurt to offer the functionality though. |

| Anyoner tried 10boxing with one quad core pc? (I got 8 gig ram myself and win ultimate 64bit). If thats not possible, is it hard to setup pwnboxer on multiple pc`s? (WTB guides on how to setup different kind of setups) |

| I don't think you'd be able to 10-box on a quad core system. With an i7 system, especially the more powerful chips, it should be possible. Pwnboxer does not support multiple PC's at this time. There are others which do, if you really feel you need more then one PC to box with. |

| The possibility of me 10 boxing in Cataclysm is high, but I'll be using more than one machine to do so. |

Well im planing too. Atleast 10box, nearly there now. Will do so for the challenge and fun in pvp, as it is now. Though its a shame that you cant spread the accounts over more than one pc. Just a quick thought, maybe its possible to let the other windows/account have a really poor resolution? Im gonna try later this night and create the other 4 windows (when im 5 boxing) reaaaaaally tiny and see if my fps improves). /fingers crossed. Its very nice that one can 10box using this software. i love it for that indeed. Downside as it seems atm is that you need one "helluva" computer. Laters. | |
