Default Pwnboxer not identifying and passing keystrokes

Hello,

I just purchased a copy of pwnboxer and am having some trouble getting the system up and going.

I am simply wanting to start 2 game clients.

I watched the video tutorial but seem to be getting stuck.

I setup the path for both of the wow.exe for both windows.
I clicked "start all games"
The games started
Both games launched in window mode one behind the other
They should have opened like I had them setup in pwnbox should have they not?

I went ahead and entered the game and got to both of my characters.

On window #1 I moved my character with my the arrow keys and it moved. Character #2 did not.

I repeated the process on window #2 (move him with arrow keys) and character on window #2 moved but character #1 did not.

Windows 7 32bit fully patched.

Sounds like you aren't running as an admin on your PC.

Try this: Right click on Pwnboxer, do RunAs Admin, Note you probably will have to do the registration REBIND in Pwnboxer (it sometimes needs diff code if you run it as admin). Then config it, and hit start all games.

If it works then your current windows logged in user isn't operating under normal system admin mode.

I did try that already.

Is there any debug information that I can provide to you?

First do this:

Create a new folder on your desktop called PB3 or whatever, just has to be a newly named one.

Re-DL Pwnboxer, put it in that folder, extract all files to there.

Run PB, create a new config, then Start All Games.

That work?

If not, get Teamviewer (TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet) and PM me the codes and I'll connect to your desktop and you can show me running it and I can take a look and see if we can figure it out! I'll check my PMs in about 15 mins to see if you have it all ready.

Thank you very much for your time Tim.

For anyone else having this issue Tim determined that there were some missing DLLs in my windows install causing pwnbox to not be able to control the wow clients correctly. We couldn't reinstall .NET due to some stupid M$ error. Since I was planning to reformat the machine anyways I am going to do that and report back with my results.

The software did work correctly on my laptop.

For anyone looking to buy multiboxing software...look no further. Please buy this software as Tim will do all he can to get you up and going. Tim was gracious enough to spend most of his Saturday afternoon remoted into my computer working on my issue. He checked configuration files. Registry settings and everything he could think of. He finally determined that the issue was with my OS missing some core files needed. He spent roughly 4 hours working on the problem. Please buy this software if you are looking for multiboxing software as the support is flat out amazing.

Plus hes a really nice guy.

Thanks again.
