Mine does that too in the broadcast, cuz I have 2 diff monitor resolutions.

Thing is they were the same res (1920 x 1080). Could be just windows 7 acting up.
I scaled the 2nd back to 1280 x 720 and its back to normal.
It didn't affect any functionality anyway, just pwnboxer's gui.
