pwnboxer losing control of WoW after BG - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

After I leave a battleground, pwnboxer will disappear from my screen (although it will still be open in the background) and I can no longer broadcast any keys until I close all of my games, pwnboxer, and restart everything. Is this a common bug?

Once Pwnboxer starts up and interacts with WoW, nothing can cause Pwnboxer to have issues unless WoW restarts w/o Pwnboxer, such as by rebinding graphic options in WoW, a game crash, etc.
