Pwnboxer crashing (2client - WoW)

I just started getting back energy from my cancer treatments I'm going through and decided to start multiboxing again, but unfortunately with the latest(last two) versions of Pwnboxer when I go to start both instances of wow (clean install, repaired, no addons, fresh WTF, no cache folder) it loads up WoW instance 1, computer screen flashes, it loads up WoW instance 2, and Pwnboxer stops responding and crashes out.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Intel Core i7 920 (not overclocked)
12gigs of Ram
4x HDD's total over 4TB

I'm going to reinstall Windows as I'm putting in some new equipment in my PC and just want to start fresh, maybe that will fix the problem, but what do you think it could be before I do this so I can play a little wow before I get the time to reinstall windows.

Pwnboxer is the only application that stops responding, both the wow instances can be Tabbed through and are not frozen.

Pwnboxer will crash if WoW crashes. Since your screen is flashing, sounds like something weird is going on.

Make sure your WoWs are windowed mode correctly.
