Pwnboxer Crashes

first of all, i was searching for this problem in this forum but didn't found a clue to get rid of this "crash".

i bought the program today and i'm trying for 6 hours now, to get it work correctly. the big problem is, it always crashes, when i'm trying to change the size of the windows. i'm only using 2 wow accounts and want to see just 1 at the same time. when i change the size, the window for "new layout" appears, i choose the name, press ok then the program either crashes or the whole window turnes grey. the only thing i can do is, to load the old configuration then it works again 'till i will change the window size.

i also had some problems with the mouse gestures ingame, it only works for 1 acc but first of all i need to get the "grafic" work.

i watched the introduction movies, reinstalled all the needed data, but nothing works. i can't reinstall the win xp professional, 'cause it's a computer of my company. the system is pretty good, so there shouldn't be a problem.

so perhaps, you have any idea, what i can do to get it work.

update: now i can't do anything, starting it only shows up a grey window. i can reload an older config but that doesn't work anymore....

The only thing that can cause Pwnboxer to crash is if WoW itself crashes (or if your Windows OS has issues).

So the easiest thing would be to see what is causing WoW to crash. The most common cause when multiboxing seems to be having the Recount addon. Check that you have that, if so, remove it.

i removed Recount, but it doesn't help. also both wow aren't crashing, i can play normal when pwnboxer crashes, just without the possibility to dualbox.
i will try to update the graphic drivers, but the system is new.
also i hope, that i will get this programm work...

Yea I know that normal Recount won't crash wow, Recount only causes the crashing when you multibox with it. This issue has probably been said on the forums here 100s of times It has to do with how Recount draws graphs and stores data, how it has issues when being on multiboxed clients.

So just completely remove the whole recount addon folder (copy it out of WoW and then delete it in the addon directory) for Recount and then give it a try.
