| I have a new computer can't get Pwnboxer to rebind to it. On a previous computer, Ive been having problems with pwnboxer changing computer ID since I installed it 8 months ago. I would have to shutdown and restart the computer till my original computer ID came up. I copied the reg# to notepad document on my desktop for quick cut and paste, then hit register. It would work a day or two then change again. That computer is now out of commision. Ive loaded pwnboxer on a new computer and cant get it to rebind. All i get is wrong registration key. I try to rebind and i get "Sorry you entered either an invalid Computer ID, Serial number, or customer information. Please check your records and Go back. ". I cut and paste the reg# from the original email, and tried entering my name in rebind several different ways to see if that made a difference and it doesn't. Please advise. |

| The rebind always work unless one of these scenarios occurs: 1) You type in the information incorrectly 2) The rebind doesn't need to happen and it already is bound to your PC (just enter the reg code into Pwnboxer and click register) 3) Your license is expired So double check those 3 things |

| Most often people are typing their name wrong, as in, they are putting Johnson, instead of Dan Johnson, or their license doesn't need a rebind. So double check that. Edit: I just checked, you are missing the full name that the email has. The middle initial is what is missing. It has to be exactly what the email states (it is a security check). So if the email says "Dan J Johnson" then that is what you have to put in (minus quotes). |

| I too am having this issue. Upon redownload (haven't played WoW nor used pwnboxer for almost 2 years), it prompted the registration information. Attempting to use it on the same machine I used it on before, I try to rebind and it tells me "Sorry you entered either an invalid Computer ID, Serial number, or customer information. Please check your records and Go back." I copied the information directly from the activation email, quadriple checked there were no rogue spaces or other high ASCII characters, etc. Nadda. This brings me to something you said in a reply Tim. Quote:
In either case, I sent an email using the contact form on the website. I do hope to hear back sooner than later. | |

| Hey there, if it has been 2 years, the definitely that would be the reason. The latest 2.5 Pwnboxer version is well worth it, check out the pwnboxer.com website to see the list of new features. Also check out youtube.com/pwnboxer and twitch.tv/multiboxing to see it in action! |

| Well, thats nice. But, the question remains, why is it forcing me to revalidate (or whatever terminology you would like to put to it) when it is running on the same machine? So support for the version that existed when I paid for the software has ceased and for some strange reason it's wanting me to re-validate... but that cannot be done, because I paid for an older version (as though no software ever updates)? Did I get that right? So those of whom have paid for keep work going on the pwnboxer so that such new versions exist, are now left holding a software that wont work because it insists on re-validating, which isnt possible because what we paid for was for an older version? Or am I totally off? I'm sure I am, as the earlier explanation is borderline scam and I don't see that happening with pwnboxer. |

| Pwnboxer is a 1 year license subscription (of which all users get all upgrades for no charge) and it sounds like your license ran out. |
