| It means your WoW thinks its an old version. Try running the launcher and letting it patch.

| Yup just means you need to patch WoW, that is all. If you have multiple installs of WoW, make sure your registry is pointing the patch to the correct WoW install. |

| tried running the launcher but when its finished downloading it just comes up with an error saying Blizzard Updater was unable to start up. This update does not need to be applied, it requires a version of "launcher.exe" older than 2.1.1.1374, but you already have version 2.1.1.1374. so then i try running from the wow.exe where it downloads the patch again and comes up with another error saying Blizzard Updater was unable to start up This update does not need to be applied, it requires version 3.2.2.10505 of "WoW.exe", but you already have 3.3.0.11159. its completely patched to 3.3 and im only using 1 install Last edited by giacobbe2795; 01-10-2010 at 01:48 AM. |

| Yea, something is wonky with your WoW install. A re-install should fix it.

| First try the repair utility. This kind of thing happens, when the registry thinks you have one version, but the game client is actually another version. Unfortunately, you need to reinstall 9 in 10 times, when this is the case. Running Launcher.exe and the Repair tool can sometimes save you. As can, copying the Data Folder + Wow.exe of a correctly patched game. |
