problem with app

Hello

3 things I just brought the app and have tried too use it now and am running into a few problems.

1. the instruction videos will only play half way thru then stop not sure why this is happening...

2. the dockclicking I cannot set-up---when it gets too what key I wish too use it has media prev and i cannot delete it or place a key in the spot...

3. I am only duelboxing with this app on 1 desktop with 2 monitors...when I do get into game which I can do...my 2 nd toon will not auto follow my main ...useing this app...without it I can bring up both toons and auto follow with no problems...I made the macro's as suggested here and can spam the follow key and it will follow..but that too me seems alittle too much to have too keep spamming to make him follow...

In response to #3...

From what I know, there is no auto follow feature of Pwnboxer. You do need a macro so your alt toon follows your main. Alternatively, you can broadcast the movement keys and do it that way, but that could cause more trouble than it's worth.

I just checked and the videos seem to work (link below), and for #2, I'm not even sure what a media key is, unless you are referring to play/pause/etc keys on a keyboard? If so, go into the Pwnboxer directory and delete the Pwnboxer.pbcfg and just start over on a new config and don't use the media keys.

For #3, basically that is where macros come in, just like what Nghtmare said. Check out Instructional Videos | Multiboxing and dual-boxing software for World of Warcraft + more! for the intro macros you would need.

ok thanks for help....1-works-2-works now..nothing different done-3-okies used a docking key too allow the follow..works..


now for something totally different ...but in the video when you created the 2 shamans ..they move independantly from each other....what i mean too say is when you move 1 of them the other does not move....on mine when I move my 1 toon the other moves as if it is a clone of the other...is there a way too fix this movement issue?

btw thanks this app will work nice once I get the bugs out on my end and set-up the keys...useing this on 2 toons I had already and useing too PL ...

If both move at the same time, it sounds like you are broadcasting the movement keys. Be sure you aren't broadcasting WASD

thanks...I use the arrow key and they were broadcasting so i changed them will see if it works
and the wasd weren't

thanks for the help..that solved my movement problem and my follow problem...going to have too remember about the broadcasting of the keys..was not used too that..and the app is set-up too the wasd key not the arrow keys..which I have used forever..

and not sure what happened too the dockmapping keys but they are working fine now..I did remove that one folder ..might have been what did it..
and really love that feature...only having too use one screen for everything is so much more fun then the way I used too do it...

One great addon that goes well with pwnboxer, is Jamba Download Link here. Which basically enables you to set autofollow uppon leaving combat, quest syncing, and more. You make "teams" that you enable characters in a team to comunicate with one another in a figurative way, so that you can see xp, money, and follow status all from one monitor. Since you have two monitors, its easy enough to see your other account so xp and gold aren't an issue, but the fact that you have an xp bar to show how close your toons are from leveling, which you may need to even them out later on in the game, when you do instances and get in trouble with wipes.

downloaded the jamba app....one thing..how do you move the boxes from the middle of the screen..can't seem too find the way to move them..they are locked on top of each other?

Hold ALT and drag.

Also, you can go into Addons (from the character select page) and enable/disable the elements of Jamba.
If you don't want to use the Jamba-FTL stuff (which is designed specifically for Hot Key Net), you can disable it.
I personally love Jamba, would never want to box without it, but use only a third of the modules.
