New PwnBoxer with a registration problem.

Hello All,

I purchased PwnBoxer a few days ago and got it downloaded and registered. I was up and running very quickly with 3 WoW accounts. Unfortunately today i inadvertently deleted the folder with the executable. So i downloaded the program again and it asked to be registered again as expected.

I have tried to re-register it as well as rebind it and I keep getting the same message:

"Sorry you entered either an invalid Computer ID, Serial number, or customer information. Please check your records and Go back."

I double checked the serial from my email as well as the "Please enter your Last Name or FIRSTNAME LASTNAME" and nothing seems to be working.

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you put in your info exactly as it said in the REBIND area, then I'm guessing its already registered correctly. Just run the register button, paste in your code, and click register. If you didn't reinstall your PC then your reg code +computerID is probably still the same as before.

I tried the REBIND button and put in my Reg Key, Computer ID, and Full Name (DENNIS OBRIEN). I am still receiving the following error:

"Sorry you entered either an invalid Computer ID, Serial number, or customer information. Please check your records and Go back."

I think you misread my post. It says to simply click register and put in your ID, because if you already have it rebinded to your PC, then rebinding it again won't do anything

Here are the steps I have taken:
1. open the app
2. The EULA pops up an I hit agree agree
3. The Register PwnBoxer window pops up with the Computer ID populated and a text box to enter the Registration key. (The Register key is greyed out)
4. I did not keep the registration key from the first time so I went to Activate Pwnboxer | Multiboxing and dual-boxing software for World of Warcraft + more! to get my key again.
5. I entered the Serial Number and double entered my computerID and clicked submit query. I then received this error "Sorry you entered an invalid serial number or your Computer ID codes do not match." Both were copy/paste from email and the window.
6. Hit a dead end.

As noted in the prior post that the REBIND process did not work either.

Not sure what to do now.

Here is the problem:

You need your registration key from the email that was sent to you originally. Since you don't have that, send me a PM with the email address you used when you purchased it and I'll resend you that email.

OK sorry about that. I was confused between the Serial Number and the Registration Number. I thought they were different. I just opened PwnBoxer and when it asked for my Registration number I put in my serial number and it worked.
