Mousecloner switches windows - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

I am a noobie at multiboxing, and am trying to play two wow characters at once. I purchased mousecloner and can get it to work some of the time. Most of the time when I press the keystroke button, the program flashes me with my other character screen and does nothing else. Sometimes it will even switch to the other character, as if I had pressed Alt+Tab. What could be causing this?

The key I have bound is the #1 on the number pad. I have checked my character keybindings to see if that key is used, and it is't.

I searched the forums for a similar issue, and didn't find any. I appreciate any help you can give.

My computer is a Windows 7, Fx 4100, 16 G ram, and has a 6870 AMD card.
